Senior Staff Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) - Remote

What You'll Do

• Own the testing activities for features, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and efficiency.
• Analyze complex defects and guide the isolation of root causes during software releases.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, Product Management, and DevOps teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive test design and strategy for high-impact features, ensuring quality at scale.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve test automation frameworks for both Backend and UI.
• Conduct root cause analysis on production issues and develop improvement plans.
• Manage the complexity of cloud platforms and design robust test data.
• Be a proactive engineer responsible for qualifying products with public and private cloud solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level software testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, majoring in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Proficient in at least one programming language, with a strong focus on automation frameworks like Selenium.
• Significant domain knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
• In-depth experience with CI/CD processes and tools, particularly Jenkins and GitLab.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Python and experience with the Pytest automation framework.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
