Senior Specialist - SNKRS Platform (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist for the SNKRS Platform to join our team remotely. This role is pivotal in shaping the SNKRS Commerce and Experience strategy in EMEA, where you will play a crucial part in delivering premium digital experiences for the sneaker community. As a Senior Specialist, you will work closely with various teams to ensure the platform's success and relevance in the market.

What You'll Do

• Own a sport-specific platform scope and execute the SNKRS Commerce and Experience strategy in EMEA.
• Accountable for day-to-day platform performance, focusing on commerce and experience KPIs.
• Translate Global SNKRS direction into EMEA-relevant platform decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform health and member experience.
• Lead platform readiness for launches and key moments within your sport.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and Ops to elevate experiences and unlock commercial opportunities.
• Utilize platform analytics and scorecards to guide decisions and share insights.
• Contribute to cross-sport strategic projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital commerce, with a strong understanding of platform performance and consumer journeys.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, driving measurable results.
• Experience with KPIs and analytics, comfortable interpreting data and connecting metrics to consumer behavior.
• Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills, with a track record of influencing decisions and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Genuine passion for sneaker culture and a strong pulse on trends and consumer expectations.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complexity and aligning teams towards shared goals.
