Part-Time Sales Associate - Student Position (Retail)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Hunkemöller. This role is perfect for students who are passionate about fashion and lingerie and want to gain valuable experience in retail while studying. As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a vibrant shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and providing personalized recommendations.
• Ensure a welcoming shopping environment by maintaining the presentation of the sales floor and merchandise.
• Support daily operations by assisting with inventory management and restocking items as needed.
• Engage with customers to create a memorable shopping experience, from fitting room assistance to checkout.
• Participate in training programs through the Hunkemöller Academy to enhance your skills in customer service and sales.

Requirements

• Must be a registered student with a valid enrollment certificate.
• Passion for retail and a strong interest in fashion, particularly lingerie.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Good command of the German language (minimum B1 level).
• Flexibility to work approximately 10-20 hours per week, including weekends.
