Sourcegraph is hiring a full-time Senior Solutions Engineer - Remote, working from anywhere in the East region. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients leverage our platform to enhance their development workflows. What You'll Do

  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using Sourcegraph's platform.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the onboarding process.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Sourcegraph or similar code search tools.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Previous experience in a remote work environment.
