Project Manager - Global Employer Services (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager for our Global Employer Services team at Deloitte. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to work remotely while leading complex international projects with high responsibility. As a Project Manager, you will coordinate with various national and international stakeholders, ensuring that all project documentation is complete and consistent. What You'll Do

• Support the operational coordination of a large international mandate with numerous stakeholders.
• Manage ongoing administrative project processes, including deadline tracking and report reconciliation.
• Coordinate collaboration between Deloitte offices worldwide and client representatives.
• Create, review, and consolidate regular evaluations, reports, and analyses using Excel.
• Assist in the coordination and preparation of billing processes and administrative tasks.
• Act as a central organizational interface in the project, ensuring structured and reliable communication among all stakeholders.

Requirements

• A completed bachelor's degree in business administration.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent working style.
• Experience in project management or coordinating complex processes.
• Proficient in Excel with excellent analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers.
• High communication skills and stakeholder management competence.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience in global mobility or employer services.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
