Internship - Legal Intern (F/​H) - Media Law at Média-Participations

About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Intern to join our team at Média-Participations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in media law while working remotely. You will assist the legal department in various tasks related to publishing, intellectual property, and contract law.

What You'll Do

• Assist in drafting various contracts related to publishing activities, including author agreements, partnership contracts, and licensing agreements.
• Support the legal team with the preparation of legal documents for video game production and website development.
• Provide legal advice to operational teams in the publishing and derivative rights sectors.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings for internal use.
• Manage the trademark portfolio of the group.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac + 5 degree in Law, with a specialization in intellectual property law and contract law.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Proficient in computer tools and legal research software.

Nice to Have

• Previous internship experience in a legal department or law firm.
• Familiarity with media and entertainment law.
