About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Car Fleet Associate to join our team at Skanska. This remote Car Fleet Associate position offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in managing our fleet operations while working from the comfort of your home.

What You'll Do

• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding various car fleet issues, including car allowances and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with HR Service Delivery, Payroll, and other teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including vehicle reordering and compliance with grey fleet regulations.
• Prepare and communicate accurate reports using multiple information sources.
• Conduct fleet management activities such as vehicle ordering, handling parking fines, and managing fuel cards.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records utilizing fleet management systems.
• Demonstrate professional understanding of company cars and commercial vehicles.

Requirements

• Experience in a company car environment is essential.
• Strong focus on query resolution and process administration.
• Familiarity with fleet systems and case management systems is desirable.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
