Senior Software Engineer - TypeScript & AI Automation (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer specializing in TypeScript and AI automation to join our fully remote team. This Senior Software Engineer remote position allows you to work within ±3 hours of CET (Berlin) while solving real-world problems and transforming how companies manage their SaaS tools.

What You'll Do

• Own and enhance the integration layer that connects AccessOwl to hundreds of SaaS tools.
• Leverage AI and Playwright to build and maintain browser automations for seamless integration with third-party applications.
• Develop browser extensions from scratch to improve customer connectivity.
• Take ownership of your applications, embodying the principle of 'You build it, you run it.'
• Engage in discussions about customer problems and collaborate with the team to find effective solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional web software development experience, focusing on JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proven experience with Playwright or Puppeteer for building browser automations.
• Experience with multiple programming languages; Elixir is a plus.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in developing browser extensions.
• Familiarity with modern engineering principles like TDD and continuous delivery.
• Interest in AI and automation technologies.
