Senior Software Engineer - Remote Role in FinTech

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our innovative team at Frame. This Senior Software Engineer remote position focuses on building a unified operating system that integrates compliance and financial services seamlessly. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Go, and TypeScript, contributing to a platform that is redefining the compliance landscape.

What You'll Do

• Develop core features for the frameOS platform, including merchant onboarding flows and compliance workflows.
• Implement payment infrastructure with direct network integrations, tokenization, and processing logic.
• Enhance our TypeScript SDK and web component library, Frame.js, for merchant use.
• Build internal operations tooling for dashboards and workflow automation.
• Create developer-facing APIs and documentation that facilitate seamless integration.
• Work on AI-powered pipelines for document processing and automation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, particularly with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and TypeScript.
• Experience in building platform infrastructure with a focus on reliability and correctness.
• Strong understanding of clean abstractions and intuitive API design.
• Ability to navigate challenges and deliver results without waiting for perfect conditions.
• Experience in FinTech, payments, or regulated infrastructure is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Background in compliance or KYC/KYB systems.
• Experience with AI/ML pipelines.
• Familiarity with Go programming language.
