About the Role

What You'll Do

• Contribute directly to the design and code of our platform, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Optimize the platform to support product features efficiently, maintaining stability and reliability.
• Support platform expansion into new markets while maintaining a stable hosting environment.
• Enable traders to define mappings to our external offerings, impacting product health in terms of scalability, speed, quality, and flexibility.
• Maintain low latency and high success rates for the platform, directly improving user experience.
• Conduct design and code reviews, providing mentorship to other team members.
• Continuously iterate to engage customers and bring excitement to the Sports Betting and Gaming industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in backend engineering.
• Strong engineering practices including code reviews, CI/CD, and design documentation.
• Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Experience with Golang, Kubernetes, and Kafka is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud technologies.
• Experience in the betting or gaming industry is advantageous.
