Senior React Native Developer - Mobile Wallet for DeFi

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join our dynamic team at P2P.org. This remote position offers you the chance to shape the future of decentralized finance by building a new mobile wallet for Hyperliquid. As a Senior React Native Developer, you will take full ownership of the mobile app, from architecture decisions to production delivery, collaborating closely with backend and product teams.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain a mobile-first trading application using React Native.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable mobile architecture.
• Work on wallet integrations, including connecting, signing transactions, and managing assets.
• Ensure smooth interaction with backend services and blockchain data.
• Optimize app performance, reliability, and user experience across both iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality features.
• Take ownership of features from ideation through to production and post-release improvements.
• Maintain high code quality, testing, and release processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in mobile development, specifically with React Native.
• Demonstrated experience delivering production apps for both iOS and Android.
• Experience working with crypto wallets and Web3 integrations.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and performance optimization.
• Experience working with APIs and real-time data.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently in a distributed team.
• Experience with new product launches is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English (B2+) and a proactive, flexible approach.
