About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Back-End Java Developer to join our team and support AI development initiatives. This role involves reviewing, evaluating, and improving AI-generated software code. As a Remote Back-End Java Developer, you will analyze code for correctness, clarity, efficiency, and reliability, providing structured feedback to enhance AI system performance. What You'll Do

• Create and answer computer science and programming-related questions to train AI models.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
• Provide clear, constructive, and structured feedback to improve AI responses.
• Explain technical and programming concepts clearly in both Spanish and English, as required.
• Contribute to multiple projects based on your skills, experience, and availability.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Spanish proficiency required for job-related tasks; English proficiency preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in written form.
