What You'll Do

• Gather and understand requirements for new product features to enhance user experience.
• Define system design and functionality to implement features effectively.

• Write maintainable and scalable code while balancing quality and delivery speed.
• Communicate with both technical and non-technical teams to identify and solve roadblocks proactively.
• Suggest and implement significant improvements to the current product leveraging technology.
• Engage in problem-solving using technology to address new business challenges daily.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in building web applications using either React.js or Django.
• Familiarity with REST API design principles.
• Proficient in using Linux-based systems (Ubuntu/CentOS/MacOS) and bash.
• Experienced in using Git for collaborative development.
• Knowledge of common design patterns and good coding practices.
• Past experience in AdTech/MarTech or eCommerce domain is a plus.
• A business-oriented problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn continuously.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the social media space or as a content creator.
• Familiarity with Agile practices.
