Our mission is to develop the most effective developer tools available, and we are currently focused on creating the Live Debugger, an innovative product designed for safe, AI-first debugging of production systems. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on complex engineering challenges at the intersection of production systems, developer tools, and AI agents.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and lead the development of product features for the Live Debugger.
• Develop tooling and automation for AI-first engineering workflows.
• Work on enterprise integrations and deployment scenarios across Kubernetes and cloud environments.
• Improve reliability, testing, performance, and security for production use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI capabilities into our tools.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Java, Kotlin, and JVM systems.
• Proven track record in enterprise backend software, infrastructure, or developer tooling.
• Comfortable working with Kubernetes and cloud environments.
• Strong ownership and communication skills, able to drive projects forward without waiting for perfect specifications.
• Experience utilizing AI in development while maintaining rigorous engineering discipline.

Nice to Have

• Experience with debugging, instrumentation, or observability-related tools.
• Familiarity with .NET or Python backend products.
• A passion for enhancing developer productivity and engineering quality.
