Senior Software Engineer - ETF Development Team

About the Role

Susquehanna International Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our ETF Development Team. This Senior Software Engineer remote position will allow you to deliver innovative datasets, advanced applications, and sophisticated trading strategies that enhance the ETF trading desk's initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain robust, user-friendly frontend interfaces for trading strategies and signal generators.
• Build quantitative signal generators that feed trading strategies.
• Facilitate international growth by collaborating closely with business counterparts in Susquehanna's Europe and Asia offices.
• Develop strategy signals, control surfaces, and observability interfaces for managing strategies and signal generators.
• Engage in full ownership of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deploying and supporting production software.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar major.
• 3+ years of progressive experience developing software applications with C#.
• Familiarity with financial markets is a plus.
• Experience with Python, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with traders, researchers, and other developers to iterate quickly on ideas.

Nice to Have

• Experience in quantitative finance or trading software development.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques.
• Prior experience in a quantitative trading firm.
