About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Marlborough, Massachusetts. What You'll Do

• Design, code, test, integrate, and document software solutions for embedded systems.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, and testing.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineering professionals to ensure project success.
• Provide practical solutions to complex technical software problems across multiple platforms.
• Support various programs within a software product line, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly with C++, C, and/or Java.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Interim Secret security clearance.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development life cycle.
• Experience with Windows and Linux Operating Systems, GIT, Jira, Jenkins, Perl, Bash, and Kornshell.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Agile/SCRUM and DevOps environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and a desire to learn new technologies.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
