What You'll Do

• Take ownership of meaningful, complex problems and turn them into working products quickly.
• Operate in a small, highly autonomous team where engineers lead projects end-to-end.
• Build across the full stack, balancing frontend and backend development.
• Work with modern technologies including cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and event streaming.
• Design pragmatic, secure systems without over-engineering.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams while leading your own projects.

Requirements

• Strong engineering fundamentals with experience in languages such as TypeScript, Go, Ruby, PHP, or Java.
• Ability to independently solve complex problems and maintain momentum.
• A product mindset, caring about users, not just code.
• Comfortable in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Experience with event-driven or distributed systems is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fast-moving environments.
• Familiarity with async processing, payments, or real-time data.
