Senior Software Development Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team at CSG. This remote position offers you the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contributing to high-quality software solutions that empower businesses worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Write, debug, and maintain high-quality code that meets project requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of applications to ensure performance and scalability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for codebases, APIs, and development processes.
• Continuously enhance your technical skills and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Contribute to peer code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience in software development and software support/maintenance.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, MS SQL Server, Web Services, SOAP, and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong knowledge of OOP concepts and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Cloud Services such as Amazon Web Services is a plus.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of AWS Data Lake will be considered an added advantage.
