Infield Mentor - Remote Position for Missionary Training
About the Role
We are seeking an Infield Mentor to join our team in a remote capacity, dedicated to training missionaries. This role is vital in helping missionaries fulfill their purpose of inviting others to come unto Christ. As an Infield Mentor, you will provide essential instruction and support to missionaries in various settings, contributing to their spiritual and practical development.
What You'll Do
- Provide training on the doctrine of Christ and the missionary purpose.
- Facilitate one-on-one and small group training sessions.
- Implement direction and training from the Infield Training Supervisor and other leadership.
- Report on the needs and progress of assigned tasks to leadership.
- Utilize technology for effective communication and training delivery.
Requirements
- Must be a returned missionary home no longer than 48 months.
- Knowledge of Preach My Gospel is essential.
- Self-motivated and able to work well with people.
- Experience with online interactions, including chat and video conferencing.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a distraction-free environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in classroom teaching or tutoring.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for coordinating group meetings.
