Senior Social Media Content Creator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Social Media Content Creator to join our dynamic team remotely. This role is pivotal in shaping Doug Manuel's social media presence and content output, allowing you to showcase your creativity and strategic thinking. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that combat loneliness through collective rhythm, reaching audiences globally.

What You'll Do

• Own the editorial calendar across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Direct Doug's self-filming efforts with clear, actionable briefs that he can execute with a smartphone.
• Produce engaging viral content such as Reels, short-form videos, carousels, and visuals.
• Adapt content tone and format according to each platform's audience, ensuring effective communication.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify audience growth strategies, and adjust content accordingly.
• Maintain visual identity consistency across all channels to enhance brand recognition.
• Contribute to investor materials, pitch decks, and partner communications as needed.

Requirements

• Strong creative eye with an understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
• Ability to work autonomously, bringing ideas and plans rather than questions.
• Rigorous approach to deadlines and editorial consistency.
• Curiosity about AI creative tools and eagerness to integrate them into your workflow.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Experience in building or growing social media accounts or brand presence.
• Interest in music, culture, documentary film, or social impact is advantageous.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI creative tools like Runway AI, Midjourney, etc.
• Knowledge of SEO basics and content analytics.
