About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Security Architect to join our team and enhance our cybersecurity capabilities. This role is pivotal in safeguarding IT systems against evolving threats and ensuring that our solutions align with security objectives while enabling business opportunities. As a Senior Security Architect remote, you will influence senior stakeholders and guide project leaders to achieve secure outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Provide consultative security architecture expertise, influencing colleagues to prioritize security.
  • Design and deliver conceptual and logical security architectures to identify threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct risk analysis of systems and applications, recommending mitigating controls and countermeasures.
  • Drive architectural decision-making with senior management to ensure strong governance.
  • Develop and maintain security reference patterns and create design artifacts for enterprise security capabilities.
  • Mentor peers in applying security and risk management principles and best practices.
  • Deliver high-quality security outputs that support project goals and reduce cyber risk exposure.
  • Enhance architectural efficiency by establishing and leveraging processes and methodologies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Security Architecture experience with a focus on SIEM or IAM domains, or 10+ years of Solution Architecture experience.
  • Strong communication skills in a global software development environment.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Hands-on experience with Cyber Defence, SIEM, UEBA, SOAR, incident response, and cloud security models.
  • Solid understanding of IAM, data protection, vulnerability management, and application security.

Nice to Have

  • Ability to balance complex solutions and technology landscapes.
  • Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP) are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with multiple risk and security management frameworks.
