What You'll Do

• Lead a pod of developers focused on specific personas or growth segments.
• Conduct bi-weekly 1:1s, manage team issues, and oversee time-off planning.
• Run agile ceremonies to foster strong collaboration within the team.
• Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Architect new features and mentor developers while advocating for addressing technical debt.
• Coordinate QA processes to ensure high-quality delivery and establish KPIs to track impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping production applications with Ruby on Rails.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in people management as a Team Lead or Manager.
• Proven experience leading developers in a scrum/agile environment.
• Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams.
• Deep understanding of SOLID principles, domain-driven design, and robust testing practices.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining clean, scalable solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with modern development tools like Git, GitHub, and Jira.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies for full-stack ownership.
• Experience in the FinTech industry or similar sectors.
