Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Monetization (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Monetization to join our team at MoonPay. This remote position allows you to work from various locations including Poland, the UK, South Africa, Spain, Portugal, or Romania. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of payments and the decentralized economy.

What You Will Do

• Architect and develop new and existing products and features focused on monetization.
• Collaborate with the head of monetization, data scientists, and engineers to implement new experimentation and algorithmic pricing features across RAMPs, DeFi Trading, and Swaps.
• Work closely with other product teams to deliver and enhance customer-facing features.
• Contribute to the estimations, planning, and execution of projects, features, and integrations.
• Integrate and collaborate with external service providers that power our services.
• Maintain and improve our existing codebase by writing fully tested, high-quality, performant code.

Requirements

• Extensive full-stack engineering experience at leading startups or fast-growing tech companies, ideally in marketplace or platform-type businesses.
• Experience with algorithmic pricing and A/B testing.
• Proficient in backend and frontend technologies, particularly with projects involving pricing, promotions, rewards, and loyalty programs.
• Experience building experimentation platforms and infrastructure for algorithmic pricing solutions.
• Deep understanding of database structures and system design.
• Cloud-native experience with Google Cloud or similar platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Nice to Have

• Experience with React Native.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Familiarity with GenAI tools such as Cursor.
