Senior Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team at FLH MEDIA DIGITAL. This Senior Recruiter remote position focuses on end-to-end recruiting for key roles in Sales, Managed Services, and R&D. You will build a powerful Talent Acquisition strategy that consistently delivers qualified candidates through both active and passive sourcing methods.
What You'll Do
- Manage the entire recruiting process from needs analysis to contract and onboarding.
- Ensure a fast, respectful, and compelling application process to enhance candidate experience.
- Utilize modern tools, including AI-driven diagnostics like Zortify, to optimize the recruiting cycle continuously.
- Proactively source candidates through relevant channels, including direct outreach and campaign logic.
- Establish and maintain a sustainable talent pool for core roles, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Track and report on relevant recruiting KPIs, deriving actionable insights for process improvements.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment projects aligned with our transformation goals.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to implement structured interview and decision-making formats.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting, ideally in growth-oriented organizations.
- Proven strength in active sourcing and building robust pipelines.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with leadership.
- Data and KPI affinity, with proficiency in ATS/CRM tools and reporting.
- Structured, results-oriented approach to recruiting.
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for roles in Sales, Customer Success, or R&D.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and AI-driven screening methods.
- Experience in establishing or restructuring a Talent Acquisition function.
