What You'll Do

• Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the underwriting platform.
• Lead the improvement of end-to-end verification workflows to enable faster, more consistent, and smarter underwriting decisions.
• Convert business and technical problems into actionable product features.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, underwriting analysts, engineers, and customer care operations across Italy, the UK, and Spain.
• Utilize strong quantitative skills to analyze system performance, identify patterns, and make prioritization decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or adjacent roles in software development or business analytics.
• Strong quantitative skills: confident in using data to drive decisions.
• Structured and analytical mindset: ability to decompose complexity into actionable insights.
• Technical fluency: comfortable discussing tech and analytics content with engineers and data scientists.
• Adaptability and curiosity: thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with the insurance market.
• Global mindset: experience working across countries or multi-market products.
• Language skills: business proficiency in Italian or Spanish, in addition to English.
• Technical foundation: familiarity with SQL, programming, or software architecture.
