Senior Product Manager - Social Experiences for Gaming

We’re entering new markets, developing new technologies, and moving step by step towards our goal of exciting the world. As our business grows, the number of exciting people initiatives grows with it, and we’re looking for a new colleague to partner with our team to bring these to life. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape social experiences that bring our users together.

What You'll Do

• Identify and understand customer behavior and needs to define hypotheses and requirements that shape suitable features and journeys.
• Create best-in-class product features and journeys that elevate the player experience.
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and deliver reliable, scalable solutions to customer problems.
• Coordinate product launch plans with marketing, commercial, operations, and support teams.
• Develop a deep knowledge of the Superbet product and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead customer research and define customer value for our products.
• Utilize customer feedback from multiple touchpoints to build a comprehensive picture of customer problems and opportunities.
• Make data-driven decisions utilizing customer research, behavioral, product, and commercial data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager working with Engineering teams.
• Customer-focused and data-driven with a passion for solving customer problems.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to drive the Product Strategy.
• Understanding of technology and agile development methodologies.
• Experience working with B2C mobile applications is highly preferable.
• Excellent English language skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Familiarity with GDPR requirements and legal positioning in the Sports Betting and Gaming industry.
• Knowledge of competitor offerings and market trends.
