Senior Product Manager - Remote Role in FoodTech

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager remote to join our innovative team at Saltz. In this role, you will own critical parts of a two-sided marketplace that connects restaurants with food producers across multiple countries. Expect to solve diverse problems each week, from building new product capabilities from scratch to scaling existing solutions. This is an opportunity to shape core aspects of our platform, influencing how suppliers onboard and how chefs discover and order ingredients.

What You'll Do

• Own one or more product areas end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through to delivery and iteration.
• Deeply understand both sides of the marketplace: what restaurants need when sourcing ingredients and what producers need to sell efficiently at scale.
• Stay in close, daily contact with users to understand their needs and pain points, turning insights into clear product requirements, hypotheses, and experiments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ship solutions that positively impact business metrics.
• Make prioritization decisions grounded in business impact, user value, and technical feasibility, clearly communicating trade-offs.
• Define success metrics for your product areas and iterate quickly based on data.
• Utilize modern technologies, including AI/ML, to enhance our operations and user experience.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Management, ideally with B2B platforms, marketplaces, or multi-stakeholder products.
• Proven track record of owning product areas end-to-end, shaping strategy, shipping solutions, and being accountable for results.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete inputs, using data to make informed decisions.
• Ability to navigate complex problem spaces where supply-side and demand-side needs may not align.
• Strong communication skills, capable of aligning teams, writing clear specifications, and providing constructive feedback.
• Technical proficiency with modern tech stacks and architecture decisions, comfortable writing basic queries and prototyping ideas.
