What You'll Do

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, users, and the K12 educational technology landscape.
  • Build strong relationships with engineering and design partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Take ownership of feature areas, leading discovery sessions and translating user needs into clear product requirements.
  • Clarify educator needs and partner with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Maintain a visible backlog of workflow, UX, and behavioral debt to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of our products, ensuring innovative and scalable solutions.
  • Identify key opportunities for platform enhancement and define a long-term vision for your product area.
  • Shape company strategies by leveraging your understanding of the K-12 education landscape and emerging industry trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the EdTech industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products in the K-12 education space.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making mindset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Deep empathy for educators, students, and administrators.
  • Ability to work and succeed in a fully remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data-intensive or compliance-focused products.
