Senior Product Manager - Proprietary Insurance Products

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team at Attune, focusing on proprietary insurance products. This remote position allows you to lead the strategy, development, and execution of innovative insurance solutions that cater to small businesses across the United States.

What You'll Do

• Lead Product Strategy: Drive the development and go-to-market strategy for proprietary insurance products.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with underwriters, engineers, and designers to build scalable solutions that enhance user experience.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external carrier partners and orchestrate cross-functional projects.
• Requirements Synthesis: Translate complex insurance regulations into precise technical specifications and a cohesive product roadmap.
• Execution & Visibility: Communicate development velocity and provide transparent reporting on product health.
• Roadmap Prioritization: Sequence product initiatives based on ROI, technical feasibility, and corporate mandate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical product management role, specifically within the P&C insurance domain.
• Proven track record of launching complex projects and managing iterative improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Mastery of industry-specific terminology and concepts, including COIs, NKLLs, and Subrogation.
• Technical proficiency in partnering with engineering teams on technical architecture.
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and modern software development lifecycles.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership without formal authority.
