About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Connections Strategist to join our dynamic team at TBWA\Chiat\Day. This Senior Connections Strategist remote position offers an exciting opportunity to navigate complex business challenges and craft exceptional strategies that resonate with audiences. You will be instrumental in shaping our marketing efforts and driving impactful connections across various channels.

What You'll Do

• Navigate complex business challenges by orchestrating multi-tiered, multi-objective marketing efforts.
• Craft innovative Connections strategies that inspire creative teams and develop compelling briefs.
• Guide creative deliverables, ensuring they align with objectives and budgets while collaborating with media partners.
• Grow the Connections team and discipline, leading internal and external workshops to enhance team capabilities.
• Provide timely and efficient POVs on media and marketing tactics, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Distill complex information into key themes and prepare presentations for stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to team brainstorms and workshops, voicing opinions and addressing potential issues.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in media planning or communications planning across multiple categories.
• Proven track record of developing compelling Connections strategies and briefs.
• Ability to lead workshops and convert new business pitches into wins.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across agency leads.
• Experience managing multiple clients and teams effectively.
• Excellent written communication skills, capable of producing client-ready presentations.
• Strong understanding of Paid Channels including Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Performance or Acquisition Marketing.
• Familiarity with research tools such as Commspoint and Nielsen AdIntel.
• Passion for pop culture and data-driven marketing.
