Senior Product Manager - Platforms (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Platforms (Remote) to join our dynamic team at PhonePe. In this role, you will have the opportunity to own and drive the vision and roadmap for our platforms, ensuring that we deliver innovative product solutions that run reliably at scale. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across business, technology, regulatory, and industry sectors.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute the product roadmap for our platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and detail platform solutions.
• Drive product agility and maintain leadership in delivering innovative solutions.
• Utilize your deep understanding of platforms, risk, and user profiling ecosystems to inform product decisions.
• Lead efforts in automating workflows using AI and other automation tools.
• Engage with stakeholders to influence and negotiate effectively, ensuring successful product delivery.
• Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Foster a team-oriented environment, building relationships across multiple locations and business units.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, particularly in platform and risk products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proven track record of shipping world-class product solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
• Experience in building platforms with large dataset analytics in real-time.
• Ability to interface and build relationships at all levels internally and externally.
• Team player with strong negotiation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the FinTech industry.
