Senior Product Manager - Lattice Platform (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Lattice Platform to join our team remotely. In this role, you will drive the scaling and evolution of Lattice's platform architecture across various programs, partners, and deployed environments. As the Lattice adoption grows, your leadership will ensure a cohesive, reliable experience at every integration point.

What You'll Do

• Lead platform initiatives by scoping and executing Lattice platform investments that span infrastructure, integration, and cross-program alignment.
• Define technical roadmaps that balance immediate delivery needs with long-term platform health.
• Build relationships with teams across all business lines and external partners to gather requirements and align diverse stakeholders around shared technical direction.
• Break down ambiguous, cross-cutting problems into concrete technical plans and drive execution to completion.
• Develop technical pathways for complex platform initiatives in partnership with engineering leaders, ensuring architectural decisions balance performance, scalability, cost, and developer experience.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, translating technical details for executive audiences and business context for engineering teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product management, software development, or managing complex technical systems.
• Robust technical aptitude with the ability to understand technical designs, software development lifecycle, and architectural tradeoffs.
• Strong project management skills for software development, with practical familiarity with various methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills, capable of using data and metrics to back up assumptions and drive decisions.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and influence at the executive level.

Nice to Have

• Background in platform, infrastructure, or systems integration work.
• Familiarity with release management and software build systems.
• Experience managing cross-team or cross-organization technical migrations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an engineering discipline.
