About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead the product management efforts for data analytics initiatives, focusing on solutions to data leakage.
• Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to develop and refine product features.
• Drive the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value.
• Utilize your analytical mindset to assess product performance and gather insights from data.
• Work iteratively to enhance product offerings, ensuring alignment with user needs and market trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, particularly in data analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and a product mindset, with the ability to articulate product value effectively.
• Experience working with data scientists and data engineers in a collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with Kanban methodologies is a major plus.
• Proven track record of driving product initiatives from conception to launch.

• Experience in healthcare or related industries.
• Background in UI/UX design, although the focus will be on analytics products.
