Mid-Senior System Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

BrainRocket is seeking a talented System Designer remote to join our dynamic team. As a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we are looking for someone who can help build, update, and maintain our design systems. You will be part of a vibrant team of 1,300 bright minds who are dedicated to innovation and excellence.

What You'll Do

• Develop and continuously update our design systems to keep them modern, scalable, and aligned with current trends.
• Collaborate with other designers, potentially managing and mentoring them to ensure a consistent design approach across all tools.
• Integrate feedback from the UX team and stakeholders to improve and expand our design systems.
• Design creative solutions for A/B testing and experiments across digital platforms.
• Partner with Product Owners to define business requirements and collaborate with researchers for insights.
• Analyze test results and user feedback to iterate and refine designs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• 3+ years of experience working on or managing design systems.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android.
• Excellent understanding of Figma, its tokens, autolayouts, and all the latest updates.
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and the basics of client-server architecture.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team with a low-ego, high-impact mindset.
• Strong presentation and documentation skills, with an eye for detail in visual design and brand consistency.

Nice to Have

• Experience with analytics tools to analyze user data.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of additional design tools beyond Figma.
