About the Role

KOHO is hiring a full-time Senior Product Designer to join our innovative team, working remotely from Canada. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the user experience of our financial products, making a significant impact on our users' lives. As a Senior Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create user-centered designs that are not only functional but also delightful.

What You'll Do

• Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the FinTech industry or with financial products.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.
