What You'll Do

• Work autonomously in a cross-functional, agile product team to deliver creative solutions.
• Focus on great user experience while balancing customer needs and company goals.
• Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform your design decisions.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end user journey, from customer research to final interface design.
• Contribute to the design system and optimize user experience continuously.

Requirements

• Proven product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and strong UI skills with a clean visual design sense.
• Experience designing for diverse platforms including web, iOS, and Android.
• Strong UX focus with an understanding of human behaviors and user research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the sports entertainment or betting industry.
• Mentoring skills to guide junior designers.
