About the Role
We are seeking a Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic team remotely. This role offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects while collaborating with top-tier professionals in the tech industry.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including solution design, coding, testing, and deployment automation.
- Collaborate closely with web, mobile, QA, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Develop new features and contribute to the migration from a monolithic architecture to a microservices-based system.
- Utilize modern tools such as the Serverless Framework and AWS services to enhance development efficiency.
- Engage in a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment, actively participating in conferences, meetups, and internal workshops.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer.
- 5+ years of experience with PHP and frameworks such as Symfony, Laminas, or Zend.
- Experience with Docker and cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Proficient in writing tests and knowledgeable in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Strong understanding of development principles such as OOP and SOLID.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with CI/CD platforms such as CircleCI, Travis, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with static analysis tools like PHPStan, Psalm, and PHPMD.
Nice to Have
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with serverless architectures.
