Senior Payroll Manager - Remote Role in LATAM

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team at Keep Calm Services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled payroll professional looking for a remote position in LATAM. As a Senior Payroll Manager, you will play a crucial role in processing payroll across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws.

What You'll Do

• Process end-to-end payroll across multiple entities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including wages, deductions, benefits, and leave.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies.
• Manage payroll systems and ensure accurate data entry and integrations.
• Act as the main point of contact for payroll inquiries from employees.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding, terminations, and employee lifecycle changes.
• Generate payroll reports for finance, compliance, and leadership teams.
• Support internal or external payroll audits.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting payroll.

Requirements

• Experience managing payroll in a multi-entity environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance.
• Knowledge of employee benefits and leave entitlements.
• Experience using payroll systems and payroll software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing regional or multi-country payroll.
• Experience in companies with 200+ employees.
• Advanced Excel or payroll reporting skills.
• Experience working with American companies.
