What You'll Do

• Oversee the processing of payroll data for employees across 150+ countries.
• Maintain accurate employee records and verify payroll data, including salaries, hours worked, and deductions.
• Assist with payroll tax calculations and ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.
• Provide support to employees for payroll-related questions and issues, ensuring a smooth payroll experience.
• Lead the implementation of new payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of experience in payroll or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor junior team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

• Experience with payroll software and systems.
