Senior Paid Acquisition Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Paid Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team at LawnStarter. This remote position is crucial for expanding our marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services. As the leading platform in the industry, we connect homeowners with service professionals across 120+ markets, achieving over $100 million in annual bookings. Your expertise will help us grow our supply side, ensuring we meet the increasing demand for services.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end paid acquisition strategy for service professionals, focusing on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels.
• Develop and manage campaigns that drive the acquisition of service professionals who complete their first job, not just sign up.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Analytics teams to optimize the supply acquisition funnel, ensuring high conversion rates.
• Create authentic ad copy and creative that resonates with service professionals, emphasizing their motivations and needs.
• Analyze performance metrics and report on cost per activated Pro and time to first service.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance creative testing and streamline reporting processes.
• Make informed market-level spend decisions based on supply gaps and demand.
• Establish clear reporting and dashboards to track progress and outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in paid growth marketing with a focus on real business outcomes.
• Hands-on experience managing six- or seven-figure monthly budgets across major platforms.
• Experience in acquiring supply for a two-sided marketplace, such as drivers or couriers.
• Proficient in using AI tools for creative generation and performance analysis.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to make quick decisions based on available metrics.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and define strategies in a new channel.
• Accountable for outcomes, focusing on activated Pros and revenue impact.
