About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Networking Engineer with a focus on VPN technologies to join our team remotely. This Cloud Networking Engineer remote position is a 12-month contract that requires working during EST hours. You will play a pivotal role in modernizing network infrastructure for a leading healthcare data organization, specifically focusing on transitioning from legacy VPN environments.

What You'll Do

• Lead the decommissioning and transition of VPN infrastructure within AWS cloud environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and minimally disruptive migrations.
• Communicate technical changes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Utilize your expertise in VPN technologies for migration, decommissioning, and optimization.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, project-driven environment while maintaining high standards of communication.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in cloud networking, preferably with AWS.
• Proven expertise with VPN technologies, including migration and optimization.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in healthcare or data-focused environments is a plus.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
