We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Tudor Hotels Collection. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests experience the highest standards of cleanliness and service during their stay. As a Housekeeping Supervisor remote, you will lead a team that embodies our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate housekeeping teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct thorough inspections and sign-offs of hotel rooms and public areas to ensure they are perfectly prepared for guest arrivals.
• Support and drive housekeeping processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Address and rectify deficiencies promptly, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to housekeeping staff to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a supervisory housekeeping role or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
