Senior Manager of Program Management - Remote Opportunity

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Program Management to lead our initiatives in the United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Manager of Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our innovative projects with strategic business goals while ensuring that we meet the mission requirements of our clients.

What You'll Do

• Engage with stakeholders to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external clients, and industry partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and securing buy-in for strategic initiatives.
• Drive technical outcomes by managing system performance, incident responses, and after-action reviews, using metrics to derive insights and communicate system status to clients.
• Translate strategic business goals into actionable project plans, setting clear milestones and overseeing the allocation of resources to ensure successful execution.
• Autonomously execute on broad and ambiguous requirements from clients, demonstrating high ownership of all projects.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration, managing and accelerating projects that span multiple teams and initiatives.
• Support the drafting of technical proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational capabilities and strategic goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical program management role, preferably in defense or aerospace.
• Proven experience leading technical teams to field hardware or software products in real operating environments.
• Solid technical aptitude with the ability to understand technical designs and software development lifecycles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across various technical levels.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance and travel up to 50% of the time.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
