About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Investor Delivery to join MUFG Investor Services in a remote capacity. In this role, you will lead a high-performing investor delivery team, ensuring top-notch service delivery to our clients. With over $1 trillion in client assets under administration, MUFG Investor Services is a trusted partner to many of the world’s largest public and private funds.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing investor delivery team, fostering engagement and accountability.
  • Drive departmental initiatives and cross-functional projects to support strategic and operational goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners including Client Delivery, AML, Regulatory Reporting, and Banking teams.
  • Champion process and system enhancements by participating in global and local transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all investor reporting in line with service level agreements.
  • Maintain strong operational governance by ensuring compliance with SOC 1 controls and internal policies.
  • Actively contribute to technology and system projects, sharing innovative ideas to enhance processes.
  • Participate in the Client Relationship Management framework, leading or supporting service reviews with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of operations experience in financial services, fund administration, or client service.
  • 3+ years in a managerial capacity with strong knowledge of the fund industry and investor operations.
  • Proven ability to drive efficiency and scalability in operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Experience with financial technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the fund industry.
  • Familiarity with client relationship management tools.
