Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning - Remote

About the Role

Join Lovehoney Group as a Senior Manager, Integrated Business Planning in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving the end-to-end demand planning process, ensuring accurate forecasts that enhance inventory management and support commercial growth. You will collaborate with various teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Planning to create actionable demand plans that align with business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process, delivering accurate forecasts across all channels and markets.
• Align commercial plans, demand forecasts, supply capacity, and financial targets, ensuring statistical forecasts are integrated with external inputs.
• Partner cross-functionally to embed marketing activities, promotions, and product launches into the demand plan, holding stakeholders accountable for timely inputs.
• Work closely with Supply Planning to optimize inventory availability while managing working capital and obsolescence risks.
• Monitor and improve key planning KPIs, including forecast accuracy, bias, service levels, and inventory performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of forecasting processes, data quality, and planning systems.
• Lead and develop the Demand Planning team, fostering strong analytical capabilities and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Demand Planning or Forecasting within retail, e-commerce, or FMCG sectors.
• Strong understanding of S&OP / Integrated Business Planning processes.
• Highly analytical with advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with forecasting or demand planning systems.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead planning teams.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing Demand Planning teams in a fast-paced commercial environment.
