Senior Manager, Data & ML (Revenue & Growth) - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Manager, Data & ML (Revenue & Growth) remote to lead two connected missions inside Checkr's Data & ML organization. This role will own the quantitative backbone of Checkr's revenue and financial data while accelerating growth on our self-serve SMB business through data science and experimentation.

What You'll Do

• Build and run a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts across Revenue and Growth.
• Own the revenue data layer, driving the roadmap for financial data science, including revenue forecasting models and Exec dashboards.
• Accelerate SMB growth through leading PLG data science initiatives, including experimentation and conversion analytics.
• Partner with Finance and Growth leadership to translate complex modeling work into actionable recommendations.
• Implement AI-powered workflows to automate analytical pipelines and enhance team processes.
• Set and enforce standards for modeling rigor, data quality, and pipeline reliability.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, CS, Economics, Math, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in data science, analytics, or quantitative roles, with a clear progression in scope and impact.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Deep SQL and Python fluency; hands-on experience with modern ELT/data transformation tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows and LLMs in production contexts.
• Strong executive communication skills for presenting complex quantitative work to C-level audiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience applying data science to revenue, growth, or financial problems in B2B SaaS or high-growth startups.
