We are seeking a Senior Investment Banker specializing in Greentech Industrials & Infrastructure to join our dynamic team at Nomura. As a Senior Investment Banker, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sustainable finance solutions for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence for various transaction types, including sell-side and buy-side M&A.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored financial solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Manage complex infrastructure financial models, demonstrating expertise in operating models, merger models, and LBOs.
• Engage with clients and banking professionals, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough market analysis.
• Lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality financial services under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• A proven background in Corporate Finance from an investment bank or boutique advisory firm.
• Previous experience in power and infrastructure sectors, with a strong understanding of market dynamics.
• Excellent financial modeling skills, capable of creating complex models from scratch.
• Strong project management abilities, with experience in leading teams to meet client needs.
• Outstanding analytical skills, particularly in valuation and leverage analysis across power and infrastructure sub-verticals.
