Senior Information Security and Compliance Leader - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Information Security and Compliance Leader to join our team at Mondelēz International. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the United States while contributing to our mission of leading the future of snacking. In this role, you will be a key player in assessing information security risks and developing strategies to secure our information and IT assets.

What You'll Do

• Assess information security risks in accordance with internal policies and external best practices.
• Develop security standards and policies, advising technical teams on operational security questions.
• Keep business stakeholders informed about the overall security and compliance roadmap.
• Provide training on information security to relevant teams.
• Develop security strategies, architectures, and roadmaps across processes and technologies.
• Handle data log sources ingested into a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams for future deployment and troubleshooting.
• Report to senior management on high-stakes initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of professional experience in information security, compliance, and risk management.
• Extensive experience with logging infrastructures and security solutions.
• Solid understanding of network engineering and operating systems (Windows & Linux).
• Experience with technologies such as Logscale, NGSIEM, NiFi, Cribl, Databahn, Splunk, ELK, or Sumo Logic.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is a plus.

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).

• Commercially astute with excellent communication abilities.
