Sales Promoter - Remote Opportunity in Healthy Food Sector

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Sales Promoter to join Laboratorios Almond, a leader in the production of organic and plant-based foods. This Sales Promoter remote position will focus on enhancing our brand presence in specialized retail channels across Catalonia, the Valencia Community, and Murcia. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our distributors.

What You'll Do

• Visit retail points to present our product catalog, emphasizing the competitive advantages and health benefits of our offerings.
• Optimize product assortment and implement promotional strategies including brochures, permanent discounts, and targeted sales initiatives.
• Provide added value to the brand by achieving sales and distribution targets.
• Train and coordinate with sales teams (ADV and commercial) of our distributors to communicate opportunities effectively.
• Conduct regular reporting to the Sales Management team.
• Participate in trade fairs, promotional events, and in-store tastings to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, promotion, or specialized channels.
• Proactive, dynamic profile with a clear customer orientation.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
• Knowledge or interest in healthy food and nutrition is a plus.
