Senior ICT Security Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior ICT Security Manager to join our dynamic team at agap2 Italia. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the security framework of a multinational company with a complex IT ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the protection of corporate assets and maintaining operational continuity.

What You'll Do

• Define and update information security policies and related frameworks.
• Oversee the implementation of security measures at both infrastructure and application levels.
• Coordinate activities for prevention, monitoring, and management of IT risks.
• Promote a culture of security within the organization through awareness and training initiatives.
• Support the development of business continuity plans and information protection strategies.
• Monitor compliance with security policies and controls.
• Interface with internal functions, auditors, and external stakeholders on ICT security matters.
• Define and manage operational procedures and continuous improvement plans in security.

Requirements

• Proven experience (approximately 10 years) in ICT, focusing on Information Security and IT Governance.
• Knowledge of major security methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL).
• Experience in defining and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Skills in IT risk management and protection of information systems.
• Ability to coordinate and manage complex stakeholders.
• Familiarity with structured environments and complex organizations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to raise security awareness.
• Good command of the English language.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Experience with cloud security solutions.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
